The hotel has a good breakfast with a wide range of choices and the staff was friendly. The room was tidy and the bed was comfortable. The location is convenient, right next to the subway station and shopping mall.
The hotel lacks maintenance. The shower head was leaking and the air conditioner didn't work well. I had to change rooms twice due to the issues. The staff English level was also an issue when trying to communicate my concerns. Additionally, there were no Christmas decorations, making it feel less festive.

This hotel exceeded my luxurious needs with its exclusive amenities, such as the heated swimming pool and beautiful garden area. The restaurant offered exceptional catering services with a variety of delicious meals. The bar/lounge area was the perfect spot to sip on a cocktail after a long day of exploring the location advantages.
I only encountered one minor issue during my stay. The guest services weren't very western-friendly and had difficulties communicating in English.
